Minister Atamkulov takes reins of the Kazakh MOFA

H.E. Mr. Beibut Atamkulov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

Wednesday, 26 December 2018, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.

By presidential decree, H.E. Mr. Beibut Atamkulov was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Prior to the appointment, he served as the Minister of Defence and Aerospace Industry. Minister Atamkulov served in the Kazakh diplomatic service in Russia, Tehran, Frankfurt (General Consul) as well as Malaysia as ambassador.

Beibut Atamkulov was appointed due to his significant expertise in the trade and financial sectors aiming at augmenting Kazakhstan’s economic diplomacy outreach.
