On August 12, 2024, during the 20th MIHAS Morning Briefing in The Hague, H.E. Mr. Roseli Abdul, the Ambassador of Malaysia in the Netherlands, passionately emphasized Malaysia’s dominant role in the global Halal Industry.
He shared an inspiring story about Lembaga Tabung Haji, an organization facilitating Shariah-compliant investments for pilgrimage savings to Mecca.
Ms. Azlina Jane of MIHAS 2024 made a powerful contribution via satellite connection. Additionally, Mdm. Azlina Che Dir, the MATRADE Rotterdam Trade Commissioner, eloquently detailed the MIHAS Halal Exhibition, highlighting lucrative opportunities for Dutch exhibitors and the Malaysian government’s unwavering support for enhancing Muslim lives.
Notably, the presence of YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, Prime Minister of Malaysia, at the opening ceremony of 20 MIHAS further underscores the significance of this trade event.
