Following the success of its first edition, the Latin American Food Festival returns for a second edition at Hilton The Hague’s Blue Blood restaurant, once again curated by Peruvian Chef de Cuisine Luis Rojas.
On Friday, 30 January, Chef Rojas will present an extensive buffet inspired by the diverse culinary traditions of Latin America, bringing together flavors, colors, and signature dishes from across the region. The evening will unfold in a lively and festive atmosphere, enhanced by a live DJ, creating the perfect setting for an immersive cultural and gastronomic experience.
