August Wittgenstein, Montblanc Brand Ambassador

April 2018, Hanseatic and Free City of Hamburg: Montblanc has announced that German-Swedish actor August Wittgenstein is new Brand Ambassador for the luxury house in Germany.

August Wittgenstein (né 1981) is the son of Prince Ludwig Ferdinand zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Berleburg and Countess Yvonne Wachtmeister af Johannishus. His cousin Lilly Wittgenstein is international Brand Ambassador for Bvlgari.

Wittgenstein studied History and Theatre at the School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University as well as further studies at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. He began his filming career in 2009 with a role in Ron Howards “Illuminati”. Since 2011 he calls Berlin his home, and there has been filming lately for the successful ZDF series “Ku’damm 56″ in a main role as lawyer Wolfgang von Boost.

From the autumn 2018 Wittgenstein shall be a main character in the series “Das Boot”. He also films abroad for the Swedish series “Hidden”.
