Latin American Embassies to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Guatemala, México, Perú and Uruguay, will launch the Latin American Film Fest – Delft 2019, which will be held from September 19th to 29th, 2019, at Filmhuis Lumen, in the City of Delft.
