Al Mahdi case: ICC Trial Chamber VIII to deliver reparations order on 17 August 2017

On 21 July 2017, Trial Chamber VIII of the International Criminal Court (“ICC” or “Court”) issued an order scheduling a public hearing on 17 August 2017 at 10:00 am (The Hague local time) in Courtroom III to deliver its reparations order in the Al Mahdi case, in the presence of the Mr Ahmad Al Faqi Al Mahdi, his defence team, the Legal Representative of Victims and the Office of the Prosecutor. The Chamber also invited the Trust Funds for Victims to attend the hearing.

ICC Trial Chamber VIII is composed of Judge Raul C. Pangalangan (Presiding Judge), Judge Antoine Kesia-Mbe Mindua and Judge Bertram Schmitt.
