DIPLOMAT MAGAZINE “For diplomats, by diplomats” Reaching out the world from the European Union First diplomatic publication based in The Netherlands Founded by members of the diplomatic corps on June 19th, 2013. On 29 December 18 girls representative of different East African Countries had a beauty contest in the city of Vlaardingen the Netherlands.The winners of the contest were Josine Thijssen from Kenia,Ore Hoogendijk from Rwanda, and Antije Helder from Zambia.
