Russian negotiator Vladimir Medinsky said today:
“The negotiations are hard, they are moving slowly. Of course, we would like everything to happen much faster, this is a sincere desire of the Russian side. We want to reach peace as soon as possible,” Medinsky said. “We need a peaceful, free, independent, neutral Ukraine – not a member of military blocs, not a member of NATO,” he added.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said that peace talks with Russia are sounding more realistic now.
