Celebration of the Algeria’s National Day 2014

Her Excellency Nassima Baghli, Ambassador for Algeria, hosted a reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Wednesday 6 November 2014. The occasion, celebrating Algeria’s 60^th Independence day. The Ambassador could look back on a successful evening, numerous guest including a good number of head of missions.

In Algeria, Independence Day started with H.E. the President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika, paying homage to the Martyrs of the glorious war of liberation, launched on 1 November1954. Independence Day is celebrated with great enthusiasm throughout the country and is also the time when the head of State address the nation about achievements and aspirations of the country.
