Dr. de Almeida, who founded the Embassy of Angola in The Hague, will soon relocate and become the ambassador of Angola to the Portuguese Republic, High Representative of the Republic of Angola to the CPLP (Community of the Portuguese-speaking Countries) a nation which plays a crucial part in the history of Angola.
